Giancarlo Esposito was in fact nominated for an Emmy back in breaking bad season 4 in which he lost to Aaron Paul (which was just as deserving)

I remember watching those Emmys when they were on, Giancarlo's reaction was amazing, he looked so happy for Aaron, almost like he had completely forgot that he was nominated as well and was just pleased that his friend won.

You might be surprised to hear but in terms of the Emmy’s, Better Call Saul has been notoriously snubbed year after year compared to Breaking Bad. Breaking Bad received 58 Emmy noms and 16 wins whereas Better Call Saul has received 21 Emmy noms but no wins.

I love that apology from Jimmy at the end, even though I hate the prosecutor for making him do it. the reason I love it is for that last part "...because you're my brother and no one should treat their own brother like that. not ever." I truly believe that Jimmy meant the beginning of the apology but that last part was a dig at Chuck, trying to subtly tell him what *he* should be saying to Jimmy. I swear, the writing in this show never ceases to amaze me and I will never get sick of watching it. brace yourself for the next one. the chicanery is off the charts ;)

I've been wanting to say that so many times, but it's always when i am rewatching something, so i don't really care, i know the dialogue. But yeah, Brandon, you're missing very important details sometimes, i've heard you wonder about something that was already explained, etc..

Im sure he does hear the dialogue just fine he has headphones in, so he isn't interrupting what he's hearing.

i think it is easier for him to talk out loud and continue to hear because of earbuds vs speakers and I believe he doesn't want to forget his train of thought plus he can't really pause to comment every second so it is either sit in silence for several minutes at times then try and remember what to say or make a comment at the time. I don't think he would let himself miss any dialogue seeing how much he likes it. He may even re-watch it multiple times after.

I know you only watch 2 episodes a week for the channel but it would KILL me to have to wait to watch this show, I binged it my first time its jut so great

He clearly missed some important information sometimes, i know he's a fan of writing and dialogue but he can't guess what's gonna been said before he hears it... It's not very disturbing, but i'm sure he can accept some criticism...

The earbuds seem to come from his microphone, and I know I've heard his tv speakers come through the recording before, so the earbuds likely make it harder to hear things when he's talking because his own voice is playing in his ears. That's only a guess though. It's not a big deal because I know he catches most things, but it does suck when he clearly doesn't notice a great line. Hopefully he has subtitles on.
