Patreon Interview with Rowdy Geirsson (Patreon)

Our next interview slot goes to Rowdy Geirsson, long noted in the field as a humorist in such forums as McSweeney's and whatever Twitter is called now. He has a new book out soon called The Impudent Edda that combines his trademark Boston-area references and long-standing academic interest in Norse mythology that Carolyne Larrington calls "[a] unique take both thought-provoking and insightful."

As an aside, I've discussed the perpetual problem with Patreon messages with someone else at Patreon recently. We'll see if anything comes of it, but for now the new chat feature on the Patreon app seems to work pretty well, and I pop in from time to time (not on any regular schedule, just as I remember to).
