The thing I agree with you is that it felt abit rushed. They couldn't actually stretch anything out because this was meant to be the series finale at the time they made it. Yet again, they were ordered to make 11 more episodes or so. Just like what happened in Season 3. This show was on the brink of cancellation so often, sadly. It means we got payoff more often and more potential series finales, but storylines progressed quicker. To me, this episode is a 9,5. The last 20 minutes are a 10 and the first 20 a 9. The last scene with the proposal was meant to signify what Casey was saying a couple of episodes ago to Chuck "You don't need a spot; all you need's the girl". The janitor with the cleaning thing was just meant to show where they really were and what the surrounding sounds were. It didn't matter. All that mattered was that Chuck and Sarah were together again. Lastly, I want to say that I disagree with you thinking Chuck should be mad at Sarah or not trust her for a long time. They really are past that part in their relationship. This episode truly shows us that they indeed are past this.
