Lechero had good reason to believe T-Bag as he was already sus of someone on the inside. And it couldn't have been T-Bag because he's new and just a steward, he doesn't know enough of how his operation works. So everything lined up fine in and realistically for Lechero to take his word.

What you said at the end about the company not being responsible for Lincoln being framed for murder is wrong. They were the ones who set it all up. The vice president caroline and her brother were working with the company for their own benefits which the company promised to give caroline the presidency in exchange for putting Lincoln on death row. So yeah the company was responsible for everything. They did it to lure Lincoln's father out of hiding since he used to work for them. All of this was explained in season 1

Ok so regarding sarah, I don't want to spoil any thing but at the time of filming this they did not have the actress, and that was some random woman haha posing as sarah......so I think just carrying on watching I don't think anything can be said about her without spoiling the ending episodes and next season.

Sarah Wayne Callies (acress who plays Sara) was pregnant at the end of season 2 and was starting to show as much, so they needed to do this stunt woman play the role.
