Despite his initial reaction to finding out about Clark, I'm glad that it was Pete who found out his secret. Pete hasn't really had anything to do in the first season, so this just elevates his character.

this is one the first time clark's character was genuinely happy. I mean not being able to be yourself and always feeling like if you showed who you really are to your BEST FRIENDS (people you care about most) they would see him as a freak is a truly sad way to live. As you see clark is sincerely a good kid and so he absolutely despise/hates having to lie to the people cares about most in his life. So the fact he told his best friend and yes in the beginning he went all "postal" but at the ending scene of the episode you can see genuine happiness on clarks face as pete is in awe and admiration of clarks true self as opposed to what clark thinks and fears everyone would be like which is afraid/hateful. Especially the part where clark is hesitant to use his powers but pete godes him on and then pete says "oh this is going to be fun" and clark just gleefully smiles as if to say this is all i've wanted for ages is ACCEPTANCE. GOD I Fukn love the layers to this show

Yay Pete knows! It's great that Clark gets a sidekick to help out. Regarding your question about if they are re-doing the show, I think the CW is doing a Superman and Lois show with Tyler Lee Hoechlin (from Teen Wolf) as Clark so may that's what you're thinking of?

Finally! Someone else knows Clark's secret besides his parents. Poor Clark needed someone else to know. You could tell, he was dying to tell Pete the truth. It's been so hard for him to go through all of this without his best friend by his side. Some of the best episodes of the series revolve around the "reveal" scenes. Tom Welling is such an awesome teen Clark! So far, he has been my favorite actor to portray Clark Kent. I'm so happy that you are reacting to this series! Can't wait for the next episode!
