I've been waiting for this episode! Paris scenes were so amazing. Also, I love how protective you are of Paris. She is mean, she is very unique and at time we all want to kill her, but she has a special place in all of our hearts.

Paris tried waaay too hard, when Paris and Rory had the talk with the 2 enrollment people, they said that one cant be interested in everything and students trying too hard is not something they're interested in, and Paris literally has done every voluntary work you can think of. Rory was different, so she got in. Cant wait for you to get to the college years!

For me, the letdown of the episode was the Lorelai and Max stuff. That didn't need to happen. I liked Max a lot, but we didn't need that kiss scene. I love how supportive Rory is to Paris here after how badly Paris treated her. You can tell that Paris missed talking to Rory, she's just really stubborn and needed that push to actually reach out. The meltdown was so sad. Even Lorelai looked like she wanted to help Paris but didn't know how to. I didn't like that she spied on the girls conversation, I know she didn't mean to at first, but as soon as she realized she should of stopped. Jackson's reaction was hilarious. I felt bad for Sookie who was so happy to tell him, and he kinda dampened the mood. Loved seeing just Richard with the girls this episode, I love Emily but it was a nice change as we usually see Emily with them and Richard away on business. Can't wait for the next one!

One thing that always bugged me is how Lorelai goes "I got the good kid" or something like that after she finds out Paris had se*. There. Is. Nothing. Wrong. With. Having. Se*. Thats just some religous shame bs and if youre responsible and its consentual there is nothing wrong with enjoying a healthy se* life.

Yeah, it's also really fucking hypocritical of her considering she's a teen mom. You'd think of everyone she'd be the last person to say something like that. I'd expect it from Luke who's got a rather traditional way of thinking, but I never thought Lorelai would say it.

This episode is the start of a series of great episodes non stop all the way until the second half of season 4. All of the episodes from 3-16 until 4-18 are amazing. I can't wait to see your reactions to them! I really enjoy Rory and Paris relationship. They are the epitome of the word Frenemy. Paris is such an awesome character, if I am being honest, I like her more than I like Rory. It was so great to see Max again. Out of all of Lorelai's Boyfriends throughout the series, he was the one I liked the best. Sookie and Jackson getting a baby is terrific. They are my favorite couple on the show. Richard was awesome as usual. I don't know what Lorelai's problem is with Richard. I would love to have him as a dad!

I LOVE this episode. Paris’s meltdown is one of the most iconic moments of the series. Rory and Paris’s relationship is so great. Only thing is didn’t care for us bring max back. I don’t know why they did it. Especially since they’ve barely explored anything with Alex.

The first couple of times I watched the episode Lorelai’s comment bothered me too, especially considering she had Rory when she was 16 and she knew Rory was “thinking about it” with Jess. After a while I started to shift my opinion, Paris slept with Jamie and admitted she didn’t know how she felt about it, that they hadn’t talked about it beforehand and didn’t know what it all meant to her. When Lorelai is eavesdropping she hears Rory say it’s just not the time for her, she had other things going on that are more important and basically admitting that she isn’t easily swayed into doing something she’s not ready for (at this point anyway) yet. Maybe I’m way off base but that’s just how I interpret it as a single mom to a teenage daughter around Rory’s age.

I love this episode too! Liza Weil is so good as Paris and it’s so nice to see she and Rory bond over this life changing event in Paris’ life.
