Ahh Klaus, another complicated bad guy for you to love/hate. Elijah mentioned that they were trying to break the curse for over 1,000 years so might be safe to assume their ages are close to that. I also think Trevor is the one who told Katherine about the sacrifice back in 1492 (he’s homie who got decapitated in 2x08).

damon is another great character. He was once good and is sooo sensitive that he has to turn it off and hates to feel because it hurts soo much. I think calling him "evil" is oversimplifying it but I get it. GOD I love the character development in this show

Elena using the defense that she didn’t tell Jenna to protect her still makes no sense to me. Katherine and Elijah have an invite into her house and those are the vampires they don’t know if they can really trust. And they are the oldest ones. The Salvatores aren’t stronger so how is that safe for Jenna or anyone in that house?

He is without a doubt evil, but being evil doesn't mean it in any way simple. Most of the characters on Vampire Diaries are evil. Its why its such a good show.

He did compel her to feel like she is falling in love with him and not be afraid of him so personally I don't think that is consent

So Andie originally wanted Damon and she does actually like him. All he did was take her fear of him (the vampire stuff) away. So I never really considered it rape because she chose to be with him. It's just removing her fear of that side of him.

I love that scene where damon goes all out against andie because in that moment he wants something real like stefan and elena, preferably with elena. And andie trying to console him there, telling him he needs someone who cares for him was sort of the breaking point there. Cuz he knows its fake, meaning the love and compassion andie feels for him is compelled from damon and in that moment with that realization damon couldnt handle all that. A1 character development in this show and more to come

Futuristic Girl

I don't know what Elijah expected to happen. She didn't know he had a plan to save her life. She just knew she was about to be sacrificed and ran away. What is he mad at her for? He act like they were in a full on relationship. He said he didn't believe in love, and he knew that Klaus and her were in some type of courtship. She didn't do nothing to Elijah.

Damon cares for Andie. He pretty much tells her everything aboutvampires, Klaus, Katherine etc but has compelled her to not be scared and not to tell... Angie def lives Andie..Who wouldnt...lol

KLaus!!!! Best character on this show. The actor is phenomenal. He's one of the best villains of this fantasy-supernatural generation. I see Buffy as being generation one, and these shows as generation two.
