I love Kurt and his Dad in this episode. I feel for Finn and Wil but both can be denser then rocks. This episode is the glee episode with the least amount of music to it. So you don’t have to worry that being common for the show. And !Beyonce isn’t used much at all in the show. What I Quinn and Teri are doing is terrible. Puck not quite as bad but pretty damn close.

This is actually one of my favorite season 1 episodes. I didn’t mind the lack of songs, because the plot was actually good. Kurt’s coming out scene was sooo well done. It meant a lot to me when it first aired and it still does. I love it soo much. His whole storyline in this episode is just amazing. I know you don’t like Single Ladies but the football dance is just iconic glee. Yeah, Rachel is selfish but she’s an over the top stereotype of how actual theater/show choir kids are. Hopefully, you come around to her in the upcoming episodes.

Lol I know you don’t like Terri, no one really does 😂 I feel like her storyline is supposed to be comedic and that’s the way the actress plays it, she’s over the top. It’s supposed to be dark comedy. I don’t mind it, but juxtaposing it with Quinn’s storyline just highlights the seriousness of the situation and lessens the comedic aspect.

I love Kurt and his dad. They have some really great moments over the course of the show. I do believe that I remember reading that Heather Morris (Brittany, the blonde cheerleader who was dancing with Kurt in the beginning) used to be a back up dancer for Beyonce before Glee and she's the one who taught everyone the Single Ladies dance.

Rachel makes a lot of stupid mistakes, but she will grow on you. her growth as a character is really cool to watch.

WOW! The Beyonce hate is there... really could never understand that. She's talented in music and acting and has a big heart. To each is own I guess. BTW... I'm with you on Fin and Rachel. Cory and Leah were both very talented of course, but Cory was NOT the best Male vocalist and Leah was way over the top, all the freaking time, and for the character of Rachel, they made her waaaaay too dramatic for my taste. She thinks she's soooooo much better than everyone else and it gets on my nerves. Honestly, I wasn't even sure if I could continue watching the series after the 1st season BECAUSE of Rachel's character. Not gonna say she grew on me, but maybe the writers and character development improved after season 1 because I don't HATE her like I did in the start of the m show.

The deal with this show is that you grow to love the characters sometimes the same storyline that puts down a character makes you love the other character even more, i think that was so importante for such a big cast, it May not seem like it now but although finn and racheal were the main ones and got more songs and screen time, the rest of the characters got plenty of stories that got you que invested in them. Enjoying rewatching glee with ya!
