This second half of the Pilot episode makes the first half so much better and as a whole, this Pilot is fantastic! I love both Neal and Peter. The actors have good chemistry with one another and their characters are a great team. I love this show, so I hope you can keep watching it. :) Thank you!!

There is a lot of crime TV shows, but there are two particular reasons why White Collar has a special place in my heart: 1. The white collar nature of the crimes - usually, crime shows are centered around murder mysteries and don't get me wrong, those are interesting, but watching art theft and bond forgeries for a change is just so much fun. Especially considering that Neal is a con artist himself, so it's always nice to see his take on a crime (and to see if it actually wasn't him who did it, LOL) 2. The chemistry between the characters (this was already mentioned in the comment before mine) - it's not just the most dynamic duo (Neal and Peter), all characters just have amazing chemistry and watching this show feels like spending time with friends (it might be weird, but that's what it's like for me :D ). Their banter, witty remarks and relationships are just amazing! It may sound funny now, but one of my favorite duos in this show is Elizabeth (Peter's wife) and Mozzie (Neal's weird bald friend). All characters just build amazing and unique bonds over time.

Also, I don't think this is spoiler so hopefully neither will you, but the actor that plays the criminal, Curtis Hagen, will have a prominent role in Supernatural later!

It is a good pilot altogether, but the show does get better as it goes as well.

This show is right up there with Castle for me. Definitely top 10. I have rewatched white collar a bunch of times but I have never seen this extended version. The pilot I saw was just edited version of the two parts for 50 minutes. I admit even I was bored with this extended version. But the show is really good and if you have time in the future please try and pick this up. I signed up for patreon because I saw this show in the pilot program amongst others. You won't regret it. Quality wise this show holds up in all seasons unlike other shows.
