Just to answer a few questions you had. 1. The plug was clean because he was dipping an electric chainsaw in the blood then turning it on to create the mess. 2. I don't think they figured out the meaning behind 103 and I don't remember if they explain it or not. 3. The LT told Masuka to test the blood against the ice truck killer's victims. I assume she got those results and went straight to the press

Great reaction, really loving these reactions, this episode is perfect in every sense of the word, I get chills every time I see the last scene(and I’ve seen it probably 50 plus times)
