Hi Stephen and Mal! I'm so happy Mal finally has a surgery date and I pray that external appeal gets approved. In my comment of the previous patreon video I exhibited my own complaints of the american insurance system vaguely, but I think I'll be more specific about it now. My father experienced a minor (luckily) stroke that knocked my whole family's life out of balance in February of this year. For many reasons, I was overrun with university classes, the family business, and my physical and mental health. My father is luckily fine and stepped away from the stroke mostly okay. He can run, drive, and work - but he finds all those things more difficult. As a result of my dad's stroke, I found myself faced with more responsibilities and I was lacking a lot of social interaction with my friends because of how busy I was. For a while, I had stepped away from all forms of entertainment of StephenCorp. A while ago, the things I piled up for months had finally bubbled over and I practically broke down. The good part about this is that I'm getting help for my mental needs and I'm getting evaluated for PCOS. Of course, I still get vestibular migraines and I experience short bouts of vertigo everyday, and I can't say things are exactly looking up, but I'm hopeful. I'm saying this because I looked back at the journey (that I had taken years ago when i first saw the vlog when I was in middle school), and I see senior university student Stephen and see myself. It's odd to think that the grandpa and grandma I see in the current vlogs used to be my age, and it's all documented on youtube. But the journey makes me hopeful and excited for the things that'll come my way. So thank you both again for everything that you do. By the way! And on a much lighter note! I finished Impostor Factory in about four hours, for future reference, maybe, and it was beautiful. Also, I saw you accepted the games I gifted you on Steam. I hope you enjoy them whenever you can, and I apologize, again, for the long winding email I sent with it. Sincerely flanYsong AKA Fran

Good Vibes your way. I want to send you guys something or some stuff but despite all the mail vlogs I am drawing a blank on what to send. Glad Mal is finally getting surgery and hopefully much relief for the rest of her long life which in turn should give you much relief not having to watch Mal in constant agony. Love you guys, praying that the last appeal gets approved.

Fran, I'm happy to hear your dad was ultimately fine, but I can understand how scary and difficult that must've been for your whole family. It seems like you've had a rough go of things lately, but maybe there's some hope shining in. Hold fast to that! I wish you well as you take care of yourself, and that there's just a little less to juggle in your life soon. Also, thank you for sending those games my way, and I'm glad I got a chance to try out Coffee Talk! Just a real chill experience and well worth folks' time. It seemed like a lot of people really enjoyed that game appearing on stream. Looking forward to Impostor Factory at some point in the future — it's definitely happening and it's definitely on our list, just not sure of the timeframe quite yet. Thanks again, and I hope you have an even better November!
