i am actually begging you bring them back and do this again

This episode is chaotic and a mess. I adore it so much

Matthew

Wow what a dinger, this one was awful. Guess you can’t win them all

Anonymous

Please dont do these anymore. I rather have a half episode on some history topic

This was such a waste of GirlGod. They're both funny as shit and you have them on for half-assed improv? Extremely transphobic.

Anonymous

The only episode of Chapo i've ever turned off midway through. Rough stuff.

Liked the hell gimmick episode a lot, but this one is a miss. Also imho came across as treading pretty close to actual transphobia. Whole formula just seemed off here. Kind of surprised yinz even posted this.

Some reactionaries in the comments I guess? Just a reminder, trans jokes aren't inherently transphobic... Felix literally does whiney Jewish voice and no one seems to care. Most of the trans jokes are like "what's their gender again?? He? She?" and "Ahh, it's the future and everyone has to be trans!!" which are pretty directly parodying Republican fears of gender. They don't joke that trans people are freaks or posing or invalid, they really only parody trans public discourse and exaggerate the fears of what a spooky "trans future" looks like. It's not as funny when it's spelled out like that, but it's not really transphobic either, or at least any more offensive than any other racial jokes the gang makes. And when you know everyone's views on trans rights, it's safe to assume it's coming from a loving place

teacup

Not anti-semitic though? A non-jewish person made a joke about Jews D: Trans jokes aren't inherently transphobic, also most of the parody was done by the Trans folks, and at the expense of dumb republican fears of the "trans future", not at the legitimacy of trans struggles.

I for one welcome our new overlxrds
