This is the best episode of series 3, for my money.

Jay

Such a brilliant, dark episode. Just in case you were confused about the ending, the BBC camera crew and presenter 'Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen' was part of an actual show in the early 2000's called 'Changing Rooms', where Llewelyn-Bowen would improve people's houses when they were away as a surprise. The joke with him taking his wig off (while smoking) was basically Llewelyn-Bowen satirising his own persona of always being smartly dressed with perfect hair. It's a joke that only works if you're a Brit. Also the code word they used during the sex act, "Juliet Bravo" was the name of a popular 80's BBC police drama. Another joke that is very Brit-centric, as the complete randomness of using that title made it all the more weird and funny, especially when they were all shouting it at the end. I'm not sure if you noticed this before, but in each episode the red plastic bag that hits Pauline in the face in the first episode can be seen flying through the air. I always thought that was a nice touch.

It is the Legs Akimbo van, which Geoff crashed into the wall at the end of the last episode.

Your face when he was draining that man in the plastic bin! I couldn't stop laughing. Those two who were knocking on doors with that book make me die🤣🤣🤣!! "This is Anne, don't laugh"

Tony Smyth

Not just the last episode. You're letting him off very lightly. This is the 4th time he's done this. He'll probably do it again.

I've loved watching this show for the first time with Josh. I hope when were done we can all vote strong and get the Movie in the next month of reactions

Tony Smyth

I totally agree. Jehovah Witnesses, masquerading as Insurance Salesmen? Terrorising a child... C'mon, you have to admit it, that's funny.

Tony Smyth

I LOVE LOG, but c'mon... I hate saying this but the movie is ''not very good.'' The only funny bit is when Tubbs makes a new BF. Then it goes down the tubes.

Rob Walters

Nobody wanted that film to be brilliant more than me, I was absolutely gutted as it is utter shit. I'd rather Josh watched The League of Gentlemen Live At Drury Lane - the four letter word strewn argument between Pauline and Cathy Carter Smith honestly almost killed me as I couldn't catch my breath from laughing so hard...

Josh, you seem to have forgotten a couple of things in regards to the previous episodes; we did see the Legz Akimbo van crash into the wall and the scream you hear is Pauline's.

Ash Jeffries

Another great episode and reaction Josh! The van is the same van that almost hits Pauline, that then hits Lance because he saves Pauline, and that is driven by Geoff Tipps.....in that order. It's probably more confusing if you're watching these episodes for the first time as each time you see the van, you see it from a different perspective, and the episode cuts off just that little bit too early probably to make it doubly clear. The scream you hear is Pauline's! :-) This is the most disturbing episode of the six for me and it's much better than I remember it being. It was always one I wasn't as keen on as I found the people suffocating to death just that little bit *too* grim.... but it's actually a very funny episode aside from that. I think the stage school scenes with the pushy parents are the closest we get to series 1 and 2 style "sketch" based comedy in this third series too. We all recognise these kinds of parents and feel sorry for the poor kids who suffer because of them! The next episode features two of my absolute favourite characters and then the final episode is the best of the six IMHO......so, yes indeed, you do have two more fantastic episodes to go! :-)

That's a bummer man I love the show so it's a bit disappointing to hear from multiple people the movie isn't too good.

Jay

Yes, it's scary how quickly time flies. Hard to believe that LofG first aired over 20 years ago!

So hilariously dark with the breathing suits no doubt there are people out there who do weird stuff like that too. Great episode
