This was a good episode the only sad part was Hannah couldn't go to the beach with the gang. I was thinking please no one die, I'm not trying to cry today lol. I looked up the word quim I should have known it was genitalia lol. I went back and turned on closed captions to see what Kevin said about his junk. He said he has a Sebaceous cyst gross, that dude's out of control lol.

The old people chilling on the beach in their daily wear was quite common I think in Britian back in the 50s? 60s (before and after that... I'm sure someone can correct me). I have photos of my dad in his 20s in the 1970s at the beach, full suit on, trousers rolled up.

Oh Josh on another show sometime ago you mention that you followed a guy who spoke many languages who passed away I'm sure it's Moses aka Laoshu if so what a great guy sure to be missed

A few random thoughts: 1. “You make a living from what you get. You make a life from what you give” a quote often miss-attributed to Churchill. 2. The guy in the autograph shop is Ricky’s character’s brother in law from After Life. 3. If I turned over a rock on the beach and saw a crab looking up at me with the word “TWAT” on its shell, I’d piss myself laughing (but my sense of humour topped-out at age 10). 4. Given the messages about friendship in this show, Josh I hope it makes you feel happy to know that if you ever made it over to the UK for a few weeks, you’d have no shortage of folks who’d be happy to show you around and become friends while sharing some of the quintessential aspects and places of Britain that must be becoming familiar to you - I’m sure it would be a trip of a lifetime. There aren’t many people from overseas who have such knowledge and understanding of/connection to some of the lesser-known things that it means to be British, than you must have by now. I have no idea if travelling is something that interests you, but not many people have the opportunity you’ve created for yourself with your channel. 5. Can I just take a moment to appreciate the soundtrack in Derek - I forgot how many good tracks they used: Bones, Kid-A, etc 6. Did you give any thought Josh, to testing my suggestion of recording a few clips with your setup reversed: your handsome mug (face) in the lower right, green-screened over the show which would take up the main screen area? Would love to know if you have any interest in trying that.

Absolutely love all the characters in this apart from Derek. Kev is the greatest character ever written I believe he’s the king. I just think Derek, the character is so unrealistic, Ricky writes lines and stories for him which try and make the viewer think he’s the kindest sweetest fella in the world because he’s autistic. I don’t like the way he says ‘I loves kittens’ for example but his vocabulary for any other word is fine. Why has he not learnt to say ‘I love kittens’.... just little gripes about the character that are just so unrealistic and obvious for me

Kev is hilarious I like his character a whole lot. I have had some others say the same about Derek but I do like him. I can understand the critique of his character though.
