Next time you go check out their brisket, that's the real test. Pulled pork is easy. That's just time and the right barbecue sauce and rub. Brisket you got hit just the right temperature works too tough, or too dry. Next time you do your Crock pot pulled pork, take the temperature up to 195 instead of 165, and it will just fall apart for you. I do just a little bit of barbecue. 11 grills and smokers.

Love that place. And your puppy can sit at your feet to take care of what you drop. There’s another great one just outside of show low on the pine top highway. Be sure to try it. Cattleman’s steakhouse. Love their steaks.
