I love the concept of this episode-that everyone is taking shelter right before the hudge oncoming storm they are about to face....I aways said the Daenerys Sansa conflict was dumb, in the what happens after scenario there was a quite simple proposal- North could remain independent under Jon who is King in the North- Daenerys is Queen and additionally she would be married to Jon- Ie not only both get what they want in the immediate scenario because the North is under the rulership of Jon who has final say, still they are married -and so both the interests of Westeros and the north would intricately co-align, and the North would have no interests ever rising up against the rest of Westeros etc or give any reason to worry because it's effectively under the rulership of the king consort her husband--On top of that any successor that they have(assuming Danny is wrong); or choose, if any would technically be both of the North and the crown and therefore there would be no conflict to be had anymore because that person is the rightful heir to the throne through Danny AND the North through Jon-
