Wesley is pretty annoying, but I mostly just find him a mix between cute and sad. He seems rather young and inexperienced, compared to someone like Giles at least, and he's clearly just trying too hard to seem impressive.

And now here comes the meat of S3. You are spot on with catching the metaphor of Faith being Buffy’s “shadow self”. The Passion of the Nerd does a really great analysis of this in his episode guide but I’d caution against watching it now- he likes to put in out of context spoilers.

I think Buffy and Angel got back together in Amends when the magic snow saved him... i dont think they kissed, but im pretty sure that was their reconnection.

You seem creeped out by the Mayor, and I think that is the point. He is drawn as a wholesome, old fashioned fellow, but then there is the darkness in there, that does make him creepy and offputting. I like him as a villian.

So what's going on with Buffy reactions? I'm a $5 Patreon and this is the last reaction I have access to, from nearly a month ago now. Has something changed for this level of access? I didn't notice any updates? Given I was getting at least one a week to watch previously, and it's now been over 3 weeks, just wondering if I've missed something?
