It sucks, but Nicki really got Jenny back fair and square. I imagine that this court date might have been one of the first hearings for Jake, Nicki and Jenny. The judge probably didn’t have any information about Jake and how he has been taking care of her by himself for a long time. The judge only heard Nicki’s testimony and since Jake was a no-show, the judge really had no other choice. Plus, courts usually do side with the mothers. Good riddance to Felix. He always sucked, but the show for the last few episodes tried to make us feel he was actually a good guy. Glad they shut that down, and I’m proud of Anna for calling him out. However, this show is SO much lol D*ke was said SO MANY TIMES. It was thrown around so casually. For a word that holds a lot of weight/ caused much harm for a particular community of people, they sure did have people saying it Willy nilly. Certainly wouldn’t fly today, but very much a relic of the time. Haley, as I predicted earlier, was having doubts about their marriage. That is at the root of this entire thing. She loves music, but she would have never been able to leave Nathan in the first place, if she thought the marriage was on solid ground. She clearly does love him, but seems overwhelmed by it all. Sucks for Nathan though, who seemed to be 100% sure about Haley, and put his entire life into her hands. Keith brought me a lot of pain this episode. I loved the confrontation with Dan, but I’m so sad he feels that he doesn’t have anyone anymore.
