Dramatic Skys 1.9.7.17: Tornados! (Patreon)

Hey guys! Here is the latest beta of the pack. In this update I introduce tornados, thanks to the amazing talent of UsernameGeri ! They did an insane job on this, kudos to them and be sure to check out their other work!

Tornados will appear during storms on occasion, they do not always happen just like in real life. Similar to shooting stars it's based on different times and such.
