Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.18: Tornado Fix (Patreon)

Hey guys! It was brought to my attention while someone was testing the pack that I messed up some directory stuff causing the tornado to not work correctly. This has been fixed and I am sorry for the inconvenience.
