Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.17a: EA to Tornados! (Patreon)

Hey guys! Here is the latest EA build for those Emerald and up. In this update I introduce tornados, thanks to the amazing talent of UsernameGeri ! They did an insane job on this, kudos to them and be sure to check out their other work!

Tornados will appear during storms on occasion, they do not always happen just like in real life. Similar to shooting stars it's based on different times and such. Currently in this EA build it works in optifine, fabric is pending until they add better support for these kinds of things.
