Katara has never been scarier. They animated her prowling like a slasher stalking her next victim and it's soooooooooo effective. Also, when she TURNS OFF THE RAIN? Come on! And yeah, 12-year-old boy, what will you do when it's time to face the Firelord?

Can we talk about how much Zuko's fire bending has changed and gotten better since the dragons?! He started using defensive moves and he doesn't grunt anymore when he bends!

One thing I love about this episode is that Zuko is the only one who could have gone on this journey with Katara and it’s not because he knows how to find the guy their looking for. At the beginning it’s unclear whether Katara is going to walk down a path of forgiveness or one of revenge and Zuko is the only one willing to follow her down either of those paths. Anyone else in the group would have tried to convince Katara to forgive the guy or at the very least not to murder him, Zuko is the only one who’s willing to just stand by and let Katara decide how this ends because Zuko knows that the worst thing that could happen is if Katara makes the wrong decision (whatever that is) and is then alone.
