Hello Adventures,

I hope this update finds you well in the run up to Hogswatch Night. Me? What have I been up to? How nice of you to ask!

Early this month was focused on Active Auras. I'm now able to contribute directly and release new fixes for Active Auras. If you're using Foundry v10, you can now import adventures into an Adventure type compendium (a new type in v10).

A Dragonlance adventure has been released and is now supported, but map adjustments still need to be completed. Dragons of Stormwreck Isle is now complete!

A couple of exploratory bits of work this month didn't pan out this month. Additionally, there has been some "real world" stress this month from various family trials and tribulations, requiring me to spend more time than usual away from the computer supporting loved ones.

What are the kobolds planning for this month?

I plan to tackle some more missing adventure scenes and look at some warpgate based summoning effects.

Condensed Change Log

Active Auras

  • v10 version officially released
  • Handle multiple GM Users
  • Fixed some bugs with Scrolling Text Suppression in v10
  • Error when disabling an AE and "Disable scrolling text for auras" is enabled
  • Error when disabling "Auras in combat"
  • The SWADE System did not work due to changes in template detection in the v10 work.

DDB Adventure Muncher

  • Note pins would be generated for some adventures, in some circumstances, even if you didn't want them to be.
  • In some circumstances the hints for what monsters/spells/items that are needed for an adventure were not generated for DDB Importer.
  • Support adventure scene adjustments exported just for v10. Some scene data would not be altered correctly in v10 if the scene data had been exported in v10.
  • Some scenes are now v10 only.

Content Support:

  • SaiS: All Scenes are now scaled to grids, thanks @Pariah Zero
  • JttRC: Night Market Scene, thanks @Pariah Zero
  • IDRotF: Some token name improvements.
  • SotDQ: Initial support (Dragonlance)
  • CotN: Betrayer's rise corrections (Thanks @Muizz)
  • DoSI: fix broken Notes.
  • DoSI: Dragons Rest, thanks @korokoro
  • SotDQ: Missing scene alignments.
  • DoSI: Seagrow Caves Scene.
  • DoSI: Wreck of the Compass Rose
  • DoSI: Clifftop Observatory
  • DoSI is now complete.


DDB Importer

  • Suppress notifications from Items With Spells when updating a character.
  • You can now enable and change the custom proxy address in the DDB Importer Settings menu.
  • Some Spelljammer spell icon suggestions from @MaxPat
  • Big new feature! You can now choose to import adventures into an Adventure Compendium rather than the world.
  • Lanterns and Lamps now import as Trinkets.
  • Spell DC bonuses did not add up correctly in non-effect mode.
  • Better checking for invalid generated effects.
  • If updating to DDB with Artificer infusions, the [Infusion] name tag would by appended to the DDB Item with every sync.
  • Harness Divine Power was adding bad scaling damage.
  • Class munch will now copy over SRD advancements. @Arteroc
  • You can disable condition management with CE in the module settings.
  • Dragonlance support.

Spell Effects:

  • Sleep spell macro did not display the token images in chat.
  • Some active aura spells would not work, e.g. Cloudkill due to recursion bug with new midi arguments.
  • Improvements to Chromatic Orb (Thanks to @Elwin)
  • Color Spray @wulf
  • Zephyr Strike (does not handle Advantage to roll, but will prompt for damage). @G.O.D.
  • Green Flame blade now works correctly with targets larger than medium size.
  • Armor of Agathys (Thanks to @Balsa#6808)

Class Feature Effects:

  • Warlock Radiant Soul (Thanks to @Balsa#6808)

Other:

  • ThirdParty Adventures were  broken by Adventure Compendium additions.
  • Scene background shift would not be captured in v10 scene exports for Adventure Muncher.
  • Corrections for Adventure Muncher Scene Exporting in v10.
  • Account for having Detection Modes set in their default token settings on monster importing.
  • Try and reduce errors when SRD Compendium is not present.
  • Characters: Fix for Custom AC bonuses no longer appearing.
  • Corrections for Adventure Muncher Scene Exporting in v10.
  • Some changes to support future Third Party Adventures.
