Hey all, welcome to this week's progress report.
Level:
Working on a new tunnel in the canyons behind Apoc. Continued work replacing rocks meshes with their finished version and fixing Packed Level Actors.
Worked on Foliage spawning and minor optimization (needs more work).
Cleaned up unused assets, packed level actors and regular level instances.
Code:
Finished implementing the first iteration of combat AI. Some further iteration work on the new combat system.
Made more progress on character state switching functionality.
Added an option to select existing scene characters when creating a new sex scene.
Added some more sky settings.
Character:
Started work on Andorin, a black panther Kerpali.
After a longer break our hair artist is back at it, finished Alo’s hairstyle and started work on two more.
Started work on Gerrin, a young lad who is trying his luck in life as a trader in Apoc.
Animations:
More work on fine tuning combat animations. Planning the set of combat animations for Max' starter weapon together with game design.
Transferred Rawn x Corbac sandbox animations over to Corbac x Corbac.
Design:
Started work on combat FX blockouts.
Worked on design for the mausoleum level in the desert canyon area and WIP lighting for Yterra.
Working on moveset designs for different weapon types and monsters.
Preparing the new movement system design.
