it's that time of year again where I sit on the couch and prepare proposals and submission materials for things, the likes of which will shape the months to come. My days are quiet and boring, so I've been keeping to myself as to get the practical part of my adult life handled and out of the way... then I can return to the fun artist part.

In the occasion that I get every single thing I apply for:

  • Spring in Austria for an artist residency.
  • Summer months down town here in Vegas at the Neon Graveyard
  • Fall I'd be back in Austria for completely unrelated matters exhibiting my work
  • I'd start off the following year with an excursion to Death Valley national park

In the event that I receive none of the things I'm applying for now:

  • I intend to build a miniature golf course in the back yard this year
  • I want to make a side-scroll video game in Unity that stars none-other than NoodleFeet
  • I will get Noodle walking independently! (mark my words!)
  • I plan to finish the rest of the SHE BON project (regardless of anything)

In all cases, I will release a video announcing where my energy will be funneled as I start heading in a specific direction. If I get good news about any of these grants and residencies, you all will be the first to know.

I hope everyone is doing well over these long.... cold.... winter months. If you're in the frozen North, please stay warm! if you're from the west like me, I hope you're enjoying the rain we're having as of late! I most certainly am! :)

Thank you and cheers <3

Just a Cloudy Day in Vegas

I'm posting this video for a few reasons: -I enjoyed the majority of yesterday outside staring at the massive storm cells floating by above me. It was lovely, so I wanted to share. -this is the backyard where Noodle will one day walk around all on his own... it is a backdrop I'll be filming in more often this year. -other projects will take place in this area *hopefully* - this is a nice establishing shot
