The Climax of SUMMER (Patreon)

It's about mid August: the time of year I start to feel this special anxiety.

I'm not certain whether the feeling is caused by approaching deadlines, the social expectations of Defcon, or the cabin fever brought on by locking myself indoors for weeks at a time while avoiding the desert heat... but whatever the cause, I'm a bit nutty again.

It might be because this is also the point in my year where obligations suddenly take precedence over the projects I do out of immediate passion, or for visibility (money). The biggest of which involves Noodle and his exhibition at ARS Electronica at the end of the summer.

MOTHER OF MACHINE

This means that SHEBON is on the back burner for a brief minute while I get my kid in shape for his big day. (gotta be a good parent, y'all)

I designed a new pelvis and skull for him in CAD this week. The next classifier is training right now on the computer (it's getting close to good), and his new USB "eye" comes in the mail today! 

In leu of any exciting advancements on the Spank Skirt or the Hot Spot, I'll try to stream some progress on Noodle's vision this week. :)

NOODLECON!

Also, I will be spending an undefined amount of time lurking around the strip this weekend for noodleCon. I'll give a heads up regarding the shenanigans I have planned on twitter @noodleFeet =P 

I have no idea how much traction NoodleCon will get; whether anyone will participate or care... but I'll be there in full spirit with my kid regardless. I'll let you know how it goes, lol
