Hey guys, progress is continuous but I am doing mostly code, so I've nothing to show yet. But as soon as I'm done, I'll post another video of it.

To give an idea what I'm working on, it's for the main gameplay. In the demo, Siggy just had to get near the crystal to end the stage, but in what I'm working on right now (more like recovering and improving on after that lightning fucked up my pc) is Siggy needing to purify the crystals first to clear stages.

While purifying, enemies will of course make things harder for her as they spawn a lot and interrupt her task.

I'm also currently making Rapevine's AI so she'll be in the video as well.

The image above was one of the first plans for Bloodhunter's sexzattack scene. I may actually just use this one instead for the indulge scene.

Again, thanks for all your support. I'll reply to messages after I finish up a bit on some of these tasks.

Just to clarify something again - you replied to one of my comments on the posts below that the indulge option would be grayed out for enemies other than the Ganker until those other scenes are ready. Now, I assume that the Bloodhunter indulge scene talked about in this post will take some time (even with 2 animators), so it will probably make it in some other update in the future, not the one we are currently waiting for, right? Oh, and you said in another comment that you were reworking the campaign page (with a FAQ most likely). Will the new page be up soon? Ever since you once mentioned that the patreon pledges would be "cumulative", I've been curious how exactly that would work. I know that the next demo will be distributed according to the accumulated pledge amount, but other than that, does a patron get to be in the credits of the game, or get the in-game cheats for example if he has accumulated a total amount of $10 or $20 respectively (the Angelic Patron and Divine Bestower perks)? P.S. I love how that old, supposedly scrapped sketch is finally being reused! Would be great to see the other doggystyle sketch in the DASH edition!

A little change to her expression and that can totally be an indulge scene! I like how it looks.

I'm interested in seeing what type of sprite work you could do with fighting games. I'm just curious what it would look like but am convinced you could do an amazing job.

the new animator needs to do something, so yeah it's either this scene or the fungus brute. But now that you mention it, yeah it's better if he do the fungus brute scene instead. as for the FAQ, i totally forgot about it after the pc got roasted. there's just so much stuff for me to do with so little time, but yeah it's one of the most important stuff so i'm going to draft one soon.

these are the things still need to be done: -crystal purification -stage designs -completion of one indulge scene (almost finished) -new minigame mechanic -a lot of minor tweaks

Cool, you have amazing artwork and I would love to see you shine as an Indie dev. The cinematics are pretty damn pristine for a demo. If I was in the industry I would love to have someone as talented on my team. :)

You know, it'll actually be great if you make such a list with all the planned features/content for every new demo in the future (and update it whenever something on the list is done/partially done). That way patrons will have a good idea of how progress is going without being told a specific release date. In fact, YummyTiger (another H-dev) is currently doing this exact thing. Edit: To be perfectly fair, I looked through some of the old Patreon updates and you did make similar lists a few times in the past ( like this one <a href="https://www.patreon.com/posts/update-4215819">https://www.patreon.com/posts/update-4215819</a> ) , but apparently your ambitions and fear of people feeling underwhelmed by the originally planned content after the delays got the better of you, which lead to all this other stuff being reworked/added. And to me it seems this in turn lead things into a vicious cycle and out of proportions. So, those tasks you listed in your comment are the very last things left for the new demo, right? Don't try to sneak in half a dozen more scenes and biomes while we aren't looking, yeah? ;)

oh most of those things are minor stuff and are already done. -2 New enemies with sexzattack scenes, the Bloodhunter and the Rapevine. (rapevine still wip in shading) -New designed maze and dungeon stages for biome 1. (engine done. visuals wip) -Control configurations for non QWERTY keyboards. (done) -4th level spell tomes. (done a 5th already) -Heart drops for hp (sprites done, easy implement ingame. not prio) -A ton of coding overhauls. (mostly attempts at optimization) (this will always happen)

I'm curious what engines do you use for the game and animations???

Just got through with the demo. Looks fantastic! Can't wait to see what else you'll do with the game!!

I use Adobe Animate. The only 3rd party tool I use is greensock (for the UI tweens.) Everything else, I did from scratch.
