Hey guys, I uploaded an animation and engine test vid you can see above. 

Basically, AI and enemy behaviors are done. Though the vid still has placeholder ninjas, they're already done and imports and adjustments will be on my to do list this week:

We also have a new enemy sprite in the works.

Aside from ninjas, we also have local monster enemies and this one's a cross between a shark and crocodile / alligator?


Mayumi's finishers are also finished, but B-spike has been having internet issues, so I'll upload the placeholders I send him as guide.

This one is the ground based finisher 

And these are when you do the finisher mid-air. There will be scenes in the vid I uploaded that shows her rage finisher mode where her hair turns pink, but i cancel it too quick to perform the finishers. But yeah, Mayumi's out of the placeholder phase now!

Despite these sketches looking simple, they still are hard to visualize and it still takes time for me to do, so I will be focusing on this game first from now as all 13 lewd scenes are already done by pinoytoons.

Right now, all of the assets and game system and lewd scenes are in sync and with a little more adjustments, some ui and basic link-ups between all of them, we are nearing a patron and public BIG DEMO. (But a smaller demo will come sooner with much basic content) 

To be precise here's the list of how soon I can get the BIG DEMO out:

Mayumi's sprites and basic attacks: 100%

Mayumi's rage system (the special level bar and how it works) 100%

Mayumi's Blood sucking game mechanic thing: 50%

Ninja Male: 100%

Local Enemy (Sharcrok) 10%

Lewd video player:  90%

Sound: 0%

Explanation:

Basic game loop: 50% 

There are 3 types: 

Defense:
Every hour, the main town gets attacked by local monsters and you need to protect the town from these waves. Failure will make you pay extra for town services and successful defense will get you discount til the next invasion.

Story:
Mahalai will send Mayumi on a quest. Meet new enemies and add/unlock local invaders.

The Relic Rift:
End game content. Unlock and find powerful relics and extra lewd content.

We are currently 50% done with DEFENSE game loop. With two current enemies and some borrowed sprites from witch hunt, this will be almost done.  It will, however be simplified on the upcoming demo, but it will be working as intended.

Basic upgrade system and UI: 0% 

We must do the UI... BUT WE HATES IT!! This does not even mean beautiful UI's yet. Just functioning boxes you guys can press. Will probly do last.

First Boss: 50% 

I already have the skeleton and functions to reskin the boss. Should not take much time to implement in the game.

Lewd video player:  80% 

Again, all of the lewds pinoytoons did is ready. And since he uses also flash, we don't need a separate player like before. This can also be part of the UI since I need to assign the buttons to each scene he did.

Sound: 0%

One of the last things I'll add. We'll just use old sfx for now, but this should be one of the easier ones.

Mayumi's Blood sucking game mechanic thing:

If you played Forbidden Arms, an old game of mine, you can say Mayumi's game is a direct connection to it. We'll call it Forbidden Arms: Bloodlust for now. And in this mechanic, you basically need to keep attacking and absorbing your enemies' blood or else you will slowly die as your own blood gets drained by the relic sword. This is an easy mechanic to implement so don't worry. All those blood splatters and particles will probly be just red pixels for now though.

Anyway, again, the list above is for the BIG DEMO. We will have a game engine demo sooner as soon as B-spike sends over the finisher sprites for Mayumi. Maybe throw in one lewd scene as well.

Chris Armin news:

My ex and I are still looking at schedule, finances and the getting back together process, but just for your information, we may NOT be doing Divine Arms yet. We're still in talks of how things should thread and get better deals out of each other, so a couple of smaller games before we re-tackle Divine Arms again, but things will probably work how pinoytoons did. I'll rehire/commission him to do lewd sets while finishing Bloodlust and by the time bloodlust finishes, there are already lewd scenes ready.

I'll give more info as soon as we strike a deal, but it is happening inevitably.

Thanks everyone for the support this month! I hope everyone understands the need for me to finish and prio Forbidden Arms: Bloodlust first, since, again, we already have the lewds done and the sales from this game will further cement future endeavor with Chris or other opportunities.

Forbidden Arms: Bloodlust Animation and engine test.

Just some animation tests with existing placeholders. Ninja sprites are done and can be seen over the patreon campaign. If you're wondering why the background looks familiar, its because it is from the Divine Arms: Origins (development paused) - I am however using the same engine for Bloodlust to speed up development. All the Lewds for this game is also done and will soon get a public demo.

Ho, she can throw getsuga tenshous ! 🤭😈 I just hope that the lewd animations will be as good as Divine Arms's... The game was interesting of course, but the animations were stunning and that's what I waiting for ... I wish you good luck for your next achievements, I'm looking forwards for it 🤗🥳 (sorry for my poor english, I'm french :x)
