Very well done. And ya the icon heavy maps and such. Oy

Very interesting thoughts as always, Hamish! This episode made me think back to Twilight Princess. It also had huge areas (for the time) with barely anything in it and I always thought: "The developers could have done so much more with the space!". You made me somewhat reconsider my decision. Finding some secret cave or an item after a long journey made it a bit more special even if TP was rather linear and did not have the "survivalist nature" of BotW. The large scope of the map also made the journey that much more meaningful! Have you played other Zelda games? How do you like the weapon variety and crafting system?
