FINALLY, IT'S HERE. Given that Hitman was easily my game of 2016, as well as the fact that the Complete First Season is getting a disc release on the 31st of January, I thought I'd do something a lil bit different for the channel. In the longest episode of Writing on Games yet, I decided to analyse every episode of last year's release in terms of map and mission design to see which levels best compliment Hitman's unique design.

Seriously you guys, I cannot thank you enough for your continued support. Weird experiments like this simply wouldn't be possible without it. As such, the credits for this episode are a little different... A LOT of work went into this one and I'm pretty proud of it. If you like it, why not share it about on your video game discussion platform of choice?

Timestamps are in the description as well, if you want to go to a specific section. Patron rewards for January will be sent out soon as well! I hope you enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed making it.

Thanks again,

Hamish

Fantastic work, Mr Black! What an absolute treat this is. I would be very much up for any more long essays should you so choose to make them.

Thanks a lot! I'm so glad you like it. As I state at the end, I have a feeling these will be fairly infrequent given the time they take to make (plus I felt that Hitman was a title people might not expect this kind of analysis from which made it interesting to make), but people seem really into the idea of longer videos so it's definitely something I'll consider going forward!

Gosh i really need to buy this game now. Really liked how in depth this was!
