What a way to start the mid season off. I had no idea a skit was on the way x,D well worth the wait lmfao ya , let’s make this initiation a thing from now on. Glad to have Matty aboard. Vikings family jus got a little bit bigger ^_^ (may have spelled her name wrong , not sure)

Great reaction, can't wait for the rest of 4b! In case you want to know the actors playing the new cast here they are. Alex Hogh is Ivar, Jordan Patrick Smith(also an Aussie like Travis) is Ubbe, Marco Islo is Hvitserk and David Lindstrom is Sigurd

IVAR THE BONELESS!!! seriously can't wait for season 5 either, god every episode from here is pretty great too, others could say it's not as great as last, but ehh.

Imo Season 3 was the pinnacle of this show, but Season 5A has been really good too, 4B I thought was a bit of a mixed bag overall though

I feel like nothing is happening in season 5A. Even with the big battle nothing of consequence occurred.

Plenty has happened, the first 6 episodes felt like a return to the Season 2-3 style pacing. Episode 7 was quite uneventful true but Episode 8 was great, I won't go into detail here for obvious reasons but the events of that episode are clearly going to have a lot of repercussions on the events of the rest of the season

edited out. Just not really feeling it IMO. The whole thing with Bjorn was a time waster. I wish he never came back.

Bjorn's whole Mediterranean arc was pointless and hopelessly confusing, it's by far the worst part of this new season.

well if you know your history you know their is a lot of good potential storylines in 5b. I think 5a serves the same purpose as 4a did for 4b its setting up a lot of stuff

Everyone also has to realize there are numerous scenes throughout all seasons and even in season 5 that Hirst (company that really makes decisions if some ppl didn't know) were cut or deleted. you can look it up yourself, but yeah. Only reason Ragnar wasn't killed off sooner was because he was so amazing in every scene.

I wouldn't say 4A was a setup season at all, it may be the worst season of Vikings but it didn't really devote THAT much time for setup. 4B on the other hand was around 50% setup for Season 5

Cute skit! Love your skits, even though, being totally honest, it took me a while to watch them all the way through for the ONLY reason of it was like watching close friends or relatives acting in a play and I would constantly avert my eyes cuz it's embarrassing seeing people you "know" in a play. I know it's a weird analogy cuz you don't know me and I am positive I am not related to any of you (based on our ethnicity) but for some reason I still feel that same sense of awkwardness. I hope that makes sense. But I'm slowly but surely getting over that and I've loved every skit I've seen so far. I stopped watching Vikings once Ragnar started growing that long grimy beard (not to mention, I really miss Athelstan) but watching you guys react have gotten me back in the spirit and I might binge it to catch up one day soon. Sorry for the thesis, HUGS!
