I have a problem... I'm back on my bullshit.

Yes. It's true. Tekken 8 is my new Street Fighter. And I'm not proud of this, but it's who I am lol. I mean just look at my main. This is Alisa. She's a super fighting robot. She's Megaman, but with boobies... and chainsaws. And she uses her head as a weapon. Like really look at this tomfoolery lmao.

In case you're wondering, no those funny nose glasses are not normal, I added them on there because the customization in this game is legendary. Just google Tekken 8 custom costume and you'll find every variety of Leon Kennedy, Tifa Lockhart and Mario... Mario you can imagine.  This game is a love story. Oh and I added the glasses because it helps me not take losing too seriously lmao.

I am addicting to doing this command grab and saying "hey man, hold this for me real quick" It's like a fart joke to a 6 year old. I laugh every time I do it. Help me, I'm having fun.

It's for these reasons I am late to finally posting for you all this week 😂 so sorry about that!

I also played Silent Hill - A Short Letter. What this game lacked in "fun" it made up for in substance and importance. In about 90 minutes it painted a tragically raw picture of teen suicide and social anguish. The allure of the "easy way out" and furthermore how that easy way can mistakenly seem like a way to finally be seen. It's a rough ride and it hurt me deeply to consider what it's like being a teenager in an an age where social media seems like the only thing that matters. I hope a lot of people play this and I hope it makes a difference in someone's world.

Thinking I'll probably boot up Alan Wake 2 next, maybe try and knock it out before Final Fantasy 7 Rebir- OH YEAH I REPLAYED FF7 REMAKE.

You know, I originally played Remake when it first dropped in March of 2020, right when covid hit. It was obviously a terrible time for the globe, but it was strangely the point where my channel really started to take off. So playing this again was nostalgic in some ways. The game certainly has flaws, hopefully flaws that Rebirth will iron out. But Midgar was so beautifully fleshed out. Wall Market was every bit as a spectacle the second time around, Aerith's house is still one of my favorite in-game locations, and staring up at the steel sky just doesn't get old. Words can't tell you how pumped I am for Feb 29th.

Oh and I finally played the Intergrade DLC. Yuffie is simply the best and must be protected at all costs.

So anyways, the backlog method continues to kick ass. I'm having fun, I hope you are too. This next video is a bit of a drag for me because... well... frankly because I'm just being lazy haha. The language video performed SO well that it's sort of like in The Dark Knight Rises when Bane says "Peace has cost you your strength, victory has defeated you!" I work better with a chip on my shoulder and I definitely don't have that right now. But I'll get over that haha. Just thought  I'd share.

What are you looking forward to this year as far as game releases go? Outside of FF7Rebirth, I've got Stellar Blade, Paper Mario, and Rise of the Ronin on my radar. It's gonna be a good year. Take care you guys!

Having recently discovered Tangle Tower and finished it, I’m now looking forward to the next in the series; The Mermaid’s Tongue. Also I was impressed by the trailer for Mouse, the cartoony FPS, though that’s a 2025 game. Paper Mario is also my jam, and never got to play that one back in the day, so I’ll be all over that when it comes out.

Dying from waiting for DS2, but that aint coming this year. Was excited about P3R, but heard it's got stuff like remade music that undermines the experience. Am excited about stellar blade, though Eng dub sounds way out of character. Really feeling like a little picky bitch after typing all that lol.

Oh man you make Tekken 8 look even more enticing these days! I'm finally putting the backlog method to work in my own catalog, super excited however Dragon's Dogma 2 is going to absolutely dominate the rest of March and probably quite a bit of April.
