The biggest update yet for Complementary Reimagined! Including the fan favourite rain puddles, motion blur, many improvements, over a dozen tweaks, fixes, and a bunch of new options.

Changes over r1.3 Pre-Release 2:
- Improved performance when Water Quality is set to Low
- Tweaked clouds to fade off later than the previous distance
- Tweaked shading on foliage
