Karfus best mage this patch, torch allows him to be strong in fights whilst still getting ult CD, the item scales good too, on 3 items, torch liandry raba you are extremely OP.

Ezreal is really weak, first strike makes him ok some spots tho

Velkoz up a tier, good first strike abuser cash money printer brrr

Seraphine up a tier, money printer

Varus down a tier, less flexible due to onhit being a bit worse without tempo

Samira up a tier, good changes for her

Zeri down a tier

Xayah down a tier, you need a really good reason to pick this champ right now, not a good user of any other runes than tempo, navori change sucks for her.

Corki is very good, HoB Lethality if you can all in alot in lane, otherwise fleet ER IE ( i dont like trinity unless u need to be a bit tanky with phage )
