Garen is great, even tho ghost is nerfed it dont matter more than the buff for PD, PD change is amazing on garen.

PD Change makes tryndamere better too, and his direct buff aswell. very good right now Easily S+ in certain games, is gonna stay S tier tho because i do think he is worse in some games ( cc heavy games, before you could have alot of tenacity and it wasnt so bad, but with nerf to ghost and tenacity its hard to play trynda in those games)

Sett up a tier, new item makes him flash W you for 2.2k true dmg XD!

First strike kennen, gwen, rumble vs tanks is very good, easily 400+ gold 10-15 mins.

Irelia up a tier, good changes for her

Darius down a tier, ghost nerfs, steraks nerfs, sundered nerfs.
