Removed some things to make tierlist cleaner, as they are just too bad in almost every case ( Graves, Azir ( used to be really good, now after constant nerfs hes rarely good, can be good vs kennen but so is many other things ), Viego etc.

Vayne is just consistantly a good pick, so moved her to S, shes less of a counter now that you can just Q max and build more for burst, before she would be a W max good pick into tanks only, now shes just good overall.

TF Back to S+, statikk shiv change is great for him and gives him more build diversity, he has so much Movespeed items this patch with statikk, rfc, PD giving 12% movespeed, etc.

gp still terrible, champ is wayy too weak compared to how hard he is, not worth the reward, and top meta sucks for him.

Gnar buffs is good, but this champ is only good vs tanks like ksante.

Nasus up a tier, hes a real champ, first strike E max with deathfire torch is a real build, go tank after. you get so much gold with strike this patch doing this, and your lane is not weak. not a bad pick vs range tops that are vulnerable to your poke like kennen.

Good E buffs for pantheon

Singed R cd buff is crazy, this champ never builds any CDR and you rlly want to use your R often , to look for proxies, heavy trades , 1v2s etc.
