Halima (Look + Clothing) (Patreon)

This is Halima - The Ukrainian Nurse.  

When Halima is on her shift, some patients are willing to have a broken pelvis just to receive her special night shift care, provisioned with pure love and care.   

When she enters the room of a younger gentlemen in need of her Physical Therapy, the patient heart rate would accelerate as she gets closer, flustered the patient would then accuses the heart monitor for malfunctioning, this usually always happens on her shift.

Richer patients would be thrifty around Halima. Unusually, most of their expenditures goes for ultrasound gel, which in the presence of Halima's physical therapy session the consumption can become abnormally high when used for the wrong reasons.  

Would you risk an injury just to receive her "Special" care?
