Elena not getting her memories back because Alaric isn’t a vampire anymore, isn’t that kind of a plot hole? I mean, earlier they have said that as soon as the vampire dies the compulsion wears off. If Alaric died then she should have gotten her memories back? I don’t know..

I loved your realization that Ric can't give her her memories back ! Thats why Caroline was so dramatic. I when she revealed it I was thinking you just didn't care hahah ! And no Ric isn't really in danger. Trip only vervains them (no effect now) and then drives them across the border (also no affect). + Ric fought against vampires a lot as human so he will be able to defend himself. Also no he won't go back to his split personality. If he would have, he would have been like this when he came back. Because remember he was like this when he was a vampire too ! This version died when he died ... Pretty sure there are they are in the town were Withmore is.

I kinda liked that Damon, told them she wasn't there. Just to protect them and make them feel a litte better. The Kai part with the ascendant and other stuff will be explained :) And yeah he basically alone on earth, and I don't think this helped his psychopath nature. Really looking forward to the next couple of episodes !

I love Damon calling Bonnie’s phone to hear her voice and drawing the stick pic of himself on pic with Elena.😍That was cute as hell. He thinks Bonnie didn’t survive and is trying to protect everyone from more grief. I wanted more Enzo and Damon scenes too. Great episode tho. One of my favorites. Next episode is great too…also a fave.

One thing that always annoyed me about the guys in the show is that they think they can do whatever they want and should just be forgiven. Damon constantly does it, Klaus and Elijah, and this whole storyline with Stefan and Caroline

Why are you bringing Damon into that? He literally just sacrificed himself to save Alaric, Stefan and Enzo from the other side. He just came back after 4 months to find out Alaric compelled Elena not to love him anymore. I think he has earned a little forgiveness and a bit of slack.
