To answer your question, yes this is a three part episode so the next one will continue with this Owen storyline. Most fans regard this as some of the best episodes of Torchwood but you're one of the few reactors who have expressed a mixed response to these which is interesting but we'll see what you make of the next one. I do like the concept of Death using Owen as a gateway and the Jack and Owen moments. Those are definitely the best parts. I think the issue however with this episode is the tone being all over the place. The night club scene felt out of place and Martha getting a magical reset at the end felt very rushed. But Martha aging rapidly feels like a parallel to when The Doctor aged back in the Series 3 finale of Doctor Who which I like. The idea of Owen facing death is interesting in theory and the kiss he has with Tosh was nice but the actual scene makes it look like Owen is dancing with death in a weird way lol. There's also a really weird cut when Death attacks Jack and then Jack wakes up in the car. I presume Death headed to the hospital after killing Jack and then the team drove the car to take Martha to the hospital while Jack was unconscious. That's my guess lol

Yes! It was kinda all over the place. The Jack/Owen moment was the highlight though
