Klaus is the most powerful, but not the oldest of the siblings. I think Elijah is older. Bad vampires don't always come from bad humans, in fact I'd say the humans who love too much are more likely to become bad vampires, that seems to twist them, eg Damon. I hate that scene with him and Andi. He's trying not to compel her which was the problem as he wants her to have freedom to say no. She told him he couldn't feed on her that morning, so he didn't, although he did pout. He's generally compelled her not to be scared of him, to fall for him and to keep their secret. He doesn't compel her again. But to me that is Damon at his worst, although he did manage to reign it in and not kill her. But is is a really bad way to treat her and completely abusive and annoys the hell out of me. I wish the writers would stop doing these silly little things as there was no point. This is a major infodrop episode. Now everyone (except Carol Lockwood) knows who's who and what's what. Elijah has softened so that he doesn't appear as much as a villain because now Klaus is the villain. Jonas and Luca's deaths were completely pointless as Greta was with Klaus of her own free will. I don't find Klaus attractive, but boy can he be charming. He also has great taste in clothes. Can't wait for the next 2 episodes, they are like one long episode split into 2 parts, so I often forget what happens in what. You are in for an excellent time. Really like some of the Backstory we got from Elijah. I was all for it, first time I watched. This particular Episode was very interesting to me because of the Lore, I thought it was humorous the way they talked about Bram Stoker - everything felt very meta. Daniel Gillies, the Actor that plays Elijah, delivered this line so well, "Yes I'm a little behind on the times, but, I believe the term you're searching for is....OMG." He was soooo good, lol.
