Are you planning on visiting Portugal? I could give you some tips on Lisbon for sure, lived there for 3 years. I grew up in Portugal, so I would be able to give you some tips about the country as a whole too :) Living in Germany right now, so I can't really give you a live Lisbon tour unfourtuntely :P

Might as well tell you about the coolest stuff to do in Portugal, maybe you will get curious ;)
In a few words, Portugal is worth it for the rich historical background, the interesting blend of african, brazilian and european culture, and a very specific way of life that permeates the whole country.

About the capital:
* Lisbon is a city that is very varied, I actually see it as 3 Lisbons: one part of the city is from the 90s, then there is the post-1755-earthquake Lisbon, and last but not least the part of central Lisbon that survived the earthquake. Each part feels distinctively different, so there are 3 experiences in one.
* Lisbon is really great for fans of history (it was one of the first starting points of the age of discovery, and because of that it was one of the most poweful cities in europe, for around 3 centuries).
* It has some great architecture that everyone can enjoy (the style feels very specific, only found in Portugal).
* You can also find amazing traditional food here (fish that is some of the best in the world; there amazing dishes without fish too and the pastries are incredible).
* There are multiple possibilities to listen to live music: the most well known music genre is fado (which can be a happy type of music, despite its reputation of always being somber- check out a band called Deolinda for a great example), but there is also quite a bit of interesting music that mixes traditional portuguese, brazilian and african music with more modern music.
* On a sunny sunday Lisbon feels so fresh and full of light - but it is a city that feels alive all the time.

Outside of Lisbon:
* Porto is a beautiful and charismatic city, and although it feels quite different from the capital it is very connected to its traditions too - specially maritime traditions.
* Sintra was the region where many of Portugal's Kings lived - it basically is an area with extravagant castles and palaces in an area that is always foggy in the morning. this gives you a strong feeling of being in a fairytale.
* Portugal has a lot of music festivals, including a harcore metal festival in a tiny village, a few festivals with music right next to the ocean, a traditional music festival in the country's inner savanah-like areas... and many more :)
* Nature-wise we also have some beautiful experiences. We have amazing beaches (although you have to avoid the touristy ones for the best experience), and the Algarve region has an interesting combination of fauna and flora (a bit of an exotic vibe going on, which includes chameleons - I love them so much hehe). oh and a 20km walk on the beach might not be for everyone, but it was one of my favorite experiences, as you walk through long stretches where it is just you and the beach (no roads, no cars, no people).

I can go much more into detail, if you are interested, I would even be up for extensively helping you plan the trip :)
