Month four now!? When's the new round being shipped starting to lose patience

Hi Sarah, this is Cam. Please note that, as described in your tier, we don’t ship until patrons have been pledged at least two months. We’re sorry that yours has not been shipped yet and ask for your patience. We are two people, and we have had a several personal issues that delayed shipping in October. Bryan's mom has cancer, and since our shipping setup is at his parents' house (we have no room to store merch in our tiny place) we have to be very, very careful around her. We're fully vaccinated as is she, but we aren't taking chances with COVID still a very real threat. Bryan also had two abscessed teeth last month that required weeks of antibiotics before he could even get in for emergency dental surgery, and I was not going to ask him to stuff envelopes in that sort of pain. Please reach out by message if you have any further questions.

Well I feel like a total a**hole. I didn't mean it the way i sounded. My brand of sarcasm can often be misinterpreted even in person because I'm blunt af. I genuinely apologise- I am sorry 😔. I hope Bryan's mum is doing ok physically and emotionally and his teeth are sorted too.

It's ok. You know how it is: it's hard to interpret tone on the internet! His teeth are fixed up now and mom is doing well so far on the new treatment they're trying. We're very hopeful!
