Much delayed, but hopefully it'll be helpful-- we read this in high school. Everyone just took a part at the beginning of the class and we basically did a table reading. Everyone was engaged because we were all experiencing it in real time, and it was much easier to keep track of who is speaking, and to whom because all of the characters literally had their own voice. Made a tough topic much easier to wrap our heads around and was engaging even for those who wouldn't usually be into it due to the extra effort of extracting a story from a script.

Love this play! I played Deputy Governor Danforth in college, and I thoroughly enjoy the film.
