This week, we've got a couple of cracking new products for you! Wolves are a staple of low-level games, but they are often nothing more than a random encounter with no real depth or development. Wolves attack. Wolves die. The party moves on. With Monstrous Lair #43: Wolves' Lair, Steve Hood gives you the tools to quickly and easily bring a wolf den to life! The Monstrous Lair line is System Neutral so whatever system you play, Monstrous Lair #43: Wolves' Lair should work in your campaign!

We've also got a Village Backdrop compilation in both print and PDF formats. The exact number of the compilation depends on the system it's for--for Pathfinder this is our 7th compilation while for 5e and System Neutral we are on number four. That's a lot of villages!

Where's My Stuff?

As always, by the time you get this you should have a message from me containing the special secret download codes for these books. Just drop them into your browser and you should be good to go. If you have any problems, just drop me a line and I'll sort it out for you.

The number of links you'll be receiving depends on your level of support:

  • $2 patrons get a free download of Monstrous Lair #43: Wolves' Lair.
  • $5 patrons get a free download of Monstrous Lair #43: Wolves' Lair, a free download of the Pathfinder 1, 5e and System Neutral editions of GM's Miscellany: Village Backdrop VII and IV along with a discount code for 50% off the cost of a print copy of all three books.
  • $10 and $25 patrons get a free download of Monstrous Lair #43: Wolves' Lair, a free download of the Pathfinder 1, 5e and System Neutral editions of GM's Miscellany: Village Backdrop VII and IV along with a discount code for all three books at cost!

(And, if you'd like to up your level of support, I'm happy to resend any relevant codes--just drop me a PM and I'll  leap into action!)

The Picaroon Peninsula Map

Last week, we released a free print-ready map of the Picaroon Peninsula. I've since had a request for a more child/family friendly version--one that changes the village name Sea Bitch. I've just received the updated version of the map from Master Cartographer Tommi Salama and I've added this version to the original download. (So the download will include both versions).

Here's a low res. version of the finished map with the village of Sea Harpy:

The updated version of the map is now online, and if you've already downloaded the map you' should already have an email notification that the new version is available.

Welcome!

We've had some new members join us over the last week or so, and I wanted to welcome Drogo, RNoelle, Wadeth, Deric Page and Becky Glenn into the Swan's Nest. If you have any questions about the Patreon campaign, just send me a PM here or on Discord and I'd be happy to answer them.

Thank You!

As always, I want to say thank you to your for your support. You enable us to keep producing the kind of products we all love and use in our campaigns. I hope you get tremendous use out of our books and that you are amassing a decent GM's toolkit which will stand you in good stead for virtually any situation your players throw at you!

As always, good luck with your game!
