The video provides a straightforward summary of the process of making your own. It is for those who really want to make their own sticks with aluminum round rods, but we do not recommend it.

If you omit the process to improve the appearance, all you need is a Φ6mm aluminum round bar and brass wire.

Cut an aluminum round bar to an easy-to-hold length (about 9 cm), make a hole of about 1 to 1.5 mm in the bar, insert the brass wire into the hole, and glue it in place to complete the process.
