What 2 IPs would you love to see have a crossover? They don't need to be related in any way if you don't want them to. Thanks, Thom from Redmond, WA

Hey y’all! I hear that Ben likes Starcraft 2. Is there a story behind your love of that game? If you don’t mind, can you explain how you came to love this game and, I assume, the series so much? -Love you all, Zak Wojnar from New York.

Hi JeffM & the gang, With all the talk around life is strange 2,it seems like everyone has forgotten the first games flaws and I feel like I’m going crazy. Can you Sell me on life is strange 2 and tell me how they improved the game? Key flaws to address. Basic story, generic characters and mismatch of character emotions and reactions to dialogue choices (eg when characters go from sad to happy to sad.) Thanks

What games this year were the biggest letdowns (as far as hype going into the year and the end result of a game you were excited about disappointing you)?

What’s up MinnMax? LaRay (Luh-Ray) aka BluMayhem in the Discord here. I have a specific question about the future of gaming this week. This past decade has been characterized and guided by the premise of uniting gamers through an online presence walled off by their platform’s ecosystem. Most recently, cross play has been heralded as the pinnacle of this generation’s achievement. This seems to be a limitation of thinking due to this decade’s beginning. I’m curious, what does the panel see as the next great innovation for the upcoming decade?

How’s it going Ben Hanson and the Minn Maxx crew! Just wanted to say thank you for the show as well as all the team’s work back at Game Informer. I joined the wonderful commuting world of podcast listeners back in 2016 around the time our hearts and minds surrounded Overwatch and Uncharted 4. Since then, your thoughts and opinions have continued to enjoyably encompass my eardrums roughly once a week and I wish you all nothing but the best moving forward. While commuting to your episode with Emily Reese, we were listening to the beautiful score of “Under the Eye of Kibenya”. Towards the end of that snippet, a simple thought ran through my brain, and from utter impulse, I imitated the voiceover work from the mini games in Mario Party, and yelled out, “START” and proceeded to maniacally die of laughter like a HYENA on the 710 Freeway. Just a thought, have you ever experienced a moment in gaming or in life where you knew you were in the middle of something beautifully powerful, only to have the tension wash away in an instant due to an action or thought, yours or else’s? Cheers, J.R. Ancheta Lancaster, CA

Ok ok I know this will get shot down but I have to throw it out there - Red Dead Redemption 2 Online. I knooooow RDR2 launched in 2018 but online didn't leave beta til 2019. I just know I play online way more than story and it's a fun game with friends. Throwing it out there but get it if it isn't a contender bc of the main game launch (or you guys just dislike it a ton lol). Awesome show, love you guys and happy holidays! Carly Los Angeles

Have any of you watched the Witcher yet? Even with its dark and grim world I think it’s the lore i love the most and would like to live in. If you could pick any video game lore to live in what would you pick? Thanks love the show.

I absolutely loved the format of the Two Tens (or is it supposed to be Two Tenns with two Ns?) discussion and I really enjoyed listening to the episode. This time I have less of a question and more of a comment/feedback: in your discussion Jeffm asked if not playing a game should be weighed against it, and in my opinion, it absolutely should when it comes to the Upper Ten because the stakes there are much higher than any other point in the discussion. Also, someone choosing not to play a game should be weighed much more heavily than someone not playing a game because they didn't have time to get around to it, e.g. Kyle's "I don't play Mortal Kombat because it is ultra-violent" is a bigger knock against it than "I should have played more Disco Elysium, but I was playing Resident Evil all weekend" I don't think it ended up mattering too much for this discussion, and I'm happy with the list overall. But I do think this should be considered in the future. Best Regards, Zack
