"Who?" You're probably asking yourself? Maybe? I dunno, I never played Gen 5 so I don't even know how relevant she is. But after cross-referencing the data, she definitely appears to be everyone's favorite single-family, no-evolution having, non-version-exclusive Ice-Type (Pretty sure that means there's only one, after all). Honestly, it almost seems unfair that there are some 'Mons that don't have any evolution but solely exist as a gimmick for that region's environment.

But she actually does have a really awesome design. Both originally and her Moemon sprite. With this, I'm trying a bit of a smoothie blend of textures. What does that mean? I don't know. Let's see how it works out, though.
