Hello Patrons.

We hope you are enjoying printing this month's Drop Trooper miniatures. The Studio team are building and painting some examples we hope to show off soon.

First up a small announcement - we have opened a store on MyMiniFactory -

We will be mostly hosting the same content as the digital forge store on our own website, and the prices and discount codes will be the same across both platforms. This means Patrons who prefer to use the MyMiniFactory platform can now do so.

We asked a few months ago if people liked the idea of an occasional month featuring a single BIG model, and over 90% of you gave some kind of positive answer!

December is when most of our staff take some holiday, and we are unlikely to be able to complete work on an entire regular release in time for January.

Thus, the plan is that the model for January will be our first BIG model, and we will be starting work on it now, to ensure it is ready and test printed in plenty of time before the Christmas break.

In the Google form survey below, you'll find outline ideas for various big model options. 

Please tick YES if you would generally be happy with a model of that style, or NO if you would not find it useful, or would prefer the other options more.

At this stage the ideas are very rough, and do not include any idea of the style (for example, the Main Battle Tank option could be a near-future/modern vehicle OR more WW1 style)

Once we have one or two ideas to work with, we will do one or more future polls to narrow down the preferred details/style/options.

ALSO INCLUDED in the survey is a question about second/follow up months.

We can only do so much design work in a month, but any of our releases could have plenty more characters/poses/weapon/component options added to expand them and make the sets more useful for building larger forces.

For each of the releases we have done so far, please tick to indicate if you would like a second month in the same theme OR tick to say you don't want us to revisit prior months themes.
