One of the things I did this month was to update Rudy's runcycle. I also balanced her weapons (her Lv1 weapon is now short range and is colored blue) and her roll move has different controls and a shading effect. 

When I don't work, I usually research and think of ways to improve the game. I wanted to avoid a common mistake of Castlevania SOTN and Zelda64, where  the protagonist runs faster by rolling or backdashing. So I made the above video to make sure that Rudy's roll is a useful move but the players won't spam it to move faster. During the roll, Rudy can't get hit by enemies and she can also pass by them with ease, but it's recovering time is a bit slow and running in general is much faster.
