Sarah stood on her balcony and sipped from her glass of warm coffee. Licking her lips, she smiled and watched the steam rising into the air around her. The morning sun shone brightly from where she stood, making the flowers in her garden stretch and show off their vibrant colors. She could see roses, daisies, and tulips beginning to bloom as she took another sip. Everywhere she looked, she saw life, and she couldn’t help but feel a little happy about the thought of truly feeling it within her too. She felt it deep within her.

She placed a hand on her belly, feeling its gentle curve. Inside her, a new life was growing. It filled her with wonder and joy. As the sun warmed her face, Sarah's thoughts drifted to her shaky past. She couldn’t believe how far along she had come since she became a woman - it felt like a lifetime ago. After having to pretend to be the real Sarah, it almost felt like her previous life was all fake – none of it felt real.

Before her marriage to Denny and before the miracle growing inside her, she had been somebody else. There was a time when she wasn't Sarah at all. In her previous life, she was Adam. Adam was a passionate college student struggling through his science electives. Sure, he loved science and spent hours in the lab working on projects and experiments, but he never felt as knowledgeable as he would have liked. So, he worked extensively on personal projects. One of his most significant projects was with another student named Sarah, who was also feeling the same way about their degree program.

After weeks of planning, they became partners and were working on a groundbreaking experiment together. But one day, everything changed, and life took a drastic turn. While they were working, Adam's computer malfunctioned, which caused their teleportation prototype to explode. Sparks flew and then there was another loud explosion. When the dust settled, Adam was no more – he had completely blacked out. The last thing he could remember were the fire alarms.

But something extraordinary happened. Instead of fading into nothingness completely, Adam's mind traveled when electricity flowed through Sarah. It moved through the electrical current in the room. It found a new home in Sarah's body, while the real Sarah’s mind went into Adam’s dead body.

When he awoke in the hospital, he was shocked at what he found. He didn’t tell anybody about what had happened. Instead, he looked in the mirror and saw Sarah staring back at him, and he knew that this was his only true chance of living. He felt her heart beating in his chest, he felt her feminine sensations, and he especially felt his new brain spinning with thoughts and fears. The shock was overwhelming, yet Adam had to come to terms with being in a woman's body if it meant surviving. The world saw him as Sarah, so he had to be Sarah.

Obviously, it wasn't easy. Every day presented a new challenge. From learning how to do Sarah's part-time barista job to understanding her relationships with friends and family, Adam had a lot to learn. But as time went on, he began to settle into his new life, and he ended up finishing his degree as intended … in a different body. Eventually, he made new friends and found new passions. And among those new friends was Denny.

Denny was different from anyone the new Sarah had ever met. He was kind and funny, and he made her feel things she hadn’t felt before. She was constantly turned on around him, and it didn’t take long before she began to admire his sculpted physique and the way his voice made her drip. They went on dates, shared secrets, and before they knew it, they were in love and married.

Sarah couldn't believe how much her life had changed. From the tragic accident in the lab to finding love with Denny, her journey had been nothing short of a miracle. As she looked out at her garden, she realized that she was ready for the next chapter. With Denny by her side and a baby on the way, the future looked bright, and she fully intended on making the most of things as a tribute to the real Sarah who perished in her body.
